What a treat for myself and staff to present to almost 150 clients in our first two user group meetings! The dialogues have been open, fun and informative for certainly InTouch, but we’ve heard great feedback from the attendees this year’s set is our best yet!
As always, if you attended and there was a question not answered or a new one to present, please send the question into the office or directly to one of the presenters for clarification.
I am certain no other receipting, online payments and systems integrator supports our clients and invests the time to meet with our users as deep as we do here at InTouch – the simple reason for this is this forum has made us the best we can be.
I wish to thank for the Central Kitsap meeting Dara Sellers who coordinated our efforts and even brought in the ‘goodies’.
At Renton’s user meeting I would like to thank Tracy Patterson, Renton SD Business Manager, and Barbara de Kruyf for hosting the large group on Friday. Barbara setup the room long before we arrived and the entire group appreciated the catering effort.
With just a few minutes’ notice, Barbara talked about how Renton School District uses InTouch effectively for their stadium admittance and cash accountability – this is a new agenda of InTouch is to support concessions and gates smoother and more effectively. Where there is cash, so should there be InTouch!
With even less notice, I offer a special thanks to Sharon Suver-Jones, Business Manager – Shoreline School District, on how Shoreline integrates InTouch and TouchBase food service web and over the counter collections to their Skyward™ food service application. Sharon demonstrated even though the Skyward interface is not integrated like other InTouch food service interfaces, she is able to post student deposits effectively a couple times each day.
Our user presentation crew of Kelsey, Anita, Jeff and Arnold travel to Salem, Oregon on Tuesday to meet with long-term; clients implemented this year, and even a prospective InTouch school district. We are expecting about 100 attendees themselves traveling from the pacific coast, the Idaho border, from Ashland, and from the Portland area. Oregon has a very diverse user population – it should be a very lively meeting hosted by Salem School District! Here we will spend time reviewing Tyler’s Infinite Visions™ accounting interface – with Infinite Visions the largest accounting application used by our Oregon clients.
